Definitely Back On Track

I’m back to averaging a loss of 1.7 each week now unless I can keep my 3 lb loss I had this week up for at least 2 to 4 weeks but if I were to actually do that, I’d begin to worry. However, I’d take a two pound loss each week and not be concerned since that’s considered safe and that’s better than 1.7, if only by .3 .

I’m on the Wii Fit for at least two hours a day, it’s so much fun but I’m still going to try to head to the gym this coming week. Give the Wii Fit a break from for a day if I can handle that - that is.

Anyways, I sit my Wii Fit goal for 15 lbs in 3 months but I expect to lose that in 2 months time but we’ll see, I think I’m going to start doing the body tests once a week now. MY actual scale and the balance board vary too much from day to day or my digital scale is going to crap, I don’t know but I’m going to keep using the digital as my weigh in scale.

I can do that all day, it’s so much fun and it’s fun seeing my mom try to do the hula hoop on it! LoL
It does seems to be pretty close in weight for my digital scale, yesterday not so much. But today and the first day, yes.
Today it read 243.4 and the scale said 243.5, so that’s pretty damn close if you ask me.

Of course, nothing official till Sunday but I want to see how well they keep in sync with one another for the next couple of days and then I will go back to weighing once a week.

Monday, however, I’m hitting up the gym or I’m punching someone in the damn lip - I miss my weights at the gym! *hahaha* I also miss the elliptical, I love the elliptical and I never thought I’d be saying that. That’s crazy for me to be saying but I’m saying it!

The last 3 days, my calories have been so so . I didn’t log anything for Wednesday because that was payday and it’s just too much of a crazy day to log. Yesterday was going fine until mom came home with pizza from my family’s dinner last night for my cousin that just passed away.

Then TODAY was the actual funeral for Larry Don and so, I’m not sure what I had in total there. I’m pretty sure I’m at least 100 to 200 calories off on my figuring, if not more. So, I’m not eating for the rest of the night if I can bare to handle it.

And since, Aunt Flo decided to come for another visit, I’m crampy and REALLY HUNGRY but I’m trying to control the evil temptress.

So, for tomorrow, hopefully I can stay within’ ranges and low on sodium. I may have an all vegetable day tomorrow. We’ll see.

We purchased this today and luckily the first store I called had some! So far, it’s pretty fun, I obviously haven’t unlocked everything but I’m getting there and it should be noted that I suck at the balance games and the yoga stuff!

Some of the yoga stuff I can do and some of it I can’t, the stuff I can’t do is absolute torture!
Eventually, I’ll get me a cover for it but for now, it’s find staying the box - I’d most likely still stick it in the box to keep it from of dust and debris. I need to find some sort of cover to help the Wii itself out in that department because the place I live in is a big ol’ dustbin .

Anywho, just another thing for me to add to my collection of workout stuff and I have to admit that I like Wii Fit 900x better than I do Eyetoy Kinetic. With Eyetoy Kinetic, you have to have perfect lightening and a perfect workout space in which I do not possess.

So Wii Fit it is.

I basically agree with everything this man has to say and for me, that’s a damn miracle because I can find a moron in everyone!

Anyways, I found him on YouTube, his name is Steve Turano and he’s a fitness expert or he claims to be or something like that. So, I found him on YouTube by accident and I proceeded to watch like 20 Videos of his last night.  No joke!

He’s got a lot of great information for people trying to get in shape and he doesn’t bullshit around, I love that in a person. Be honest with yourself and everyone, eventually the truth will come out regardless.

I changed my calorie range so that I lose 20 lbs by my mom’s birthday which would be 5 days before my birthday. I think that would be such an awesome gift to myself, to be only 26 lbs from being below 200 lbs.

199 is the moment I’m going to be bawling my eyes out no doubt, I get aggravated because certain parts of the body are being stubborn and I can only hope that in the next 10 weeks that I can see more of a difference because that would be a total of 38 weeks that I’ve been doing this.
Granted some women could have lost 76 lbs in 38 wears, if I manage to lose the 20 - it’ll be 62 lbs gone and I’ll be damned happy over that because that would mean I’m half way DONE.

And I still dislike people who lie about their fitness time on SparkPeople!

a little better

I would have been in range for yesterday but I had to get a cranberry juice because I think I have a bladder infection, so I went over by like 100 calories and only 10 grams of carbs. A lot better compared to other days, my goal for the rest of this week is to stay around the 1400 to 1500 calorie range and I’m sure I can pull it off.

I’m still doing the push-up challenge and I’m noticing more in my strength in my arms, so that totally rocks. After re-evaluation, I don’t think I’ll actually be able to do 100 standard push-ups by the end of the year considering I’m doing girly push-ups right now but we’ll see.

Also, I’m also not expecting to get below 200 lbs until January instead of December but that’s fine by me. I know damn well I wouldn’t be no Biggest Loser case and drop 100 plus lbs in 6 months and not be saggy skinned, I just don’t see the likely hood of looking as good as Ali after that fast of a weight loss. Nope.

Serious BLAH!, I’m losing motivation in eating right, it seems like I just want to eat and eat and eat. GRRR! I’ve came so far, I can’t give up now but I just want to go back to my old routine but if I do that, I’ve lost the fight again and I don’t want to lose again! I don’t want this weight coming back on me at all. I still exercise and I’m fixing to here after I type this but the food control isn’t there, I think taking that week off set me further back than what I thought. I did half ass better the following week but it’s like I’m just not putting me all into it - I do 90% of the time eat better but there are the times that I just give in to the urges. The Cake batter ice cream was just one of them, I had close to THREE thousand calories today and to me that’s just not acceptable. I don’t like what I’m becoming again, I need to find the motivation soon or I may fail miserably.

41 lbs lost is just clearly not close to the number I need gone to feel right in this body, I want to be below 200 lbs. But hell, when will it come?

I know that if I keep fighting the fat,that day - that very glorious moment will come but why oh why must it take so long. I know that slow is better but booo!

Rest of week and rest of month goals - stay within calorie range, no sodas and no ice cream!
I will do this, I can do this, I will do this, I can do this!

Did that really happen? - Captain’s Chair

I haven’t been to the gym in two weeks and since I had to pay my payment today, I made the decision to do a workout there. Well, while there I decided for shits and giggles to hop on the captain’s chair, something I haven’t been able to do since jr.high and still struggled with. Well, I actually did 3 leg lifts with no problem and decided to do 3 more sets of 2 reps. It’s not a lot but it’s damn sure a start for me, I was so excited when it happened. I still am for that matter - I’m like “Me, doing the captain’s chair? NO WAY!”. It’s such an awesome awesome feeling, I love it!
