			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Aand I say that because blogging helps me to stay motivated. I can however give myself props for not completely quiting. More like a vacation from losing weight, if you will.</p>
<p>I have done a lot more workouts in the past 3 weeks that I did all of September, so that&#8217;s cool.<br />
I also managed to get down to 234.5, which would be my newest lowest weight of the year, however, when I weighed earlier - I had gained .5 lbs. And that&#8217;s because I&#8217;m not at 100 % of my gameplan for this, I&#8217;m at like 60 %, I&#8217;d say.</p>
<p>So, I&#8217;m happy, I haven&#8217;t completely quit but I&#8217;m not happy because I&#8217;m having a hard time trying to find my path with the working and living a healthy lifestyle but I will find it and I will get the rest of the weight off.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It&#8217;s been a while since I last updated this blog and that stinks because it means, I&#8217;ve been struggling. It&#8217;s not hard for me to lose weight and to follow thru with a diet but it&#8217;s hard to follow those while having a job, I&#8217;m half tempted to only work long enough to get certain things paid off and then quit, so I can once again dedicated myself completely to losing weight . However, that wouldn&#8217;t prove anything because once I lost the weight and had a job again, I&#8217;d be in the same boat - learning how to balance the two, so I continue to push thru. I had gained a few lbs and now I&#8217;m just a lb over my lowest weight and so I will beat this working and healthy lifestyle one way or another.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So, I start work tomorrow and this will present a new task for me in the weight loss world. Can I survive a 40 + hour work week and successfully lose weight at the same time? I don&#8217;t know but I&#8217;m going to give it one hell of a shot, that&#8217;s for damn sure.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m going to give it my best and that&#8217;s all I can really do, the first couple of days I can&#8217;t really take my own lunch because we have a total of 15 dollars to make it to my boyfriend&#8217;s next payday - which is Wednesday and will be the day before I get paid every two weeks. They&#8217;re at least starting me on a new pay period and not in the middle of one, so that&#8217;s cool. And luckily, I have Ricky working or otherwise I&#8217;d be starving at work for a good while before I got paid. lol</p>
<p>Anyways, most likely, my snacks and lunch or dinner will consist of fruits and sandwhiches . Something quick and easy to make for work, something I don&#8217;t have to sweat over to get made for the day.</p>
<p><strong><em>I&#8217;m not overly excited</em></strong> of going back to work but I&#8217;m excited because I have a lot of things planned out for the future and I hope that they actually happen and I don&#8217;t let them pass me by.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It&#8217;s odd now that I&#8217;ve lost 50 lbs, I had 2 periods last month and this month it&#8217;s back to normal. That&#8217;s the first time in a LONG time that I&#8217;ve had 2 periods in one month and I hope that it was a good thing, like my ovaries going into action of repairing themselves and possibly slowly absoring the cysts. I doubt that but I can wish because I do want children but I&#8217;m not sure I want my children with the man I&#8217;m with, I do and I don&#8217;t.</p>
<p>His family is definitely less than appealing as a thought to have my children around and I could tell stories that could make a person shudder or I should say a some what normal person - but what is normal?</p>
<p>I guess in a way, this blog has become more of a personal blog than just my weight loss, although it deals with a LOT of my weight loss stuff, I find myself wanting to write more to this one than my other one and most likely I&#8217;ll be killing my other one.</p>
<p>Anyways, as for the pain, I&#8217;m on my normal scheduled period right now and I have cramps and it sucks.</p>

<p>I&#8217;m also in a Spark challenge of losing 50 lbs by the end of December and I&#8217;m thinking of joining a YouTube one as well. Seems like a lot of challenges but it&#8217;s really based on the same thing, LOSING WEIGHT. So, it&#8217;s not like I&#8217;m going to have be running around doing a lot of weird stuff or doing Biggest Loser cardio. lol.</p>
<p>I want to know how they keep from having saggy skin, that&#8217;s my question!?!?!</p>
<p>So, with that I took some pictures to accompany the challenges and here they are, poor color choices I know but that&#8217;s all I could find that was form fitting. Ick on form fitting on me right now.</p>
<p>Anyhow, yes, I did join the YouTube deal as the leader answered a bunch of questions that I didn&#8217;t get at first but now do! So, yay! My new weigh in for the rest of this year will probably be Friday, not sure if I&#8217;m going to keep it that way after August but most likely.</p>
<p>So, here are some starter pics because if I lose 50 lbs or just 44 lbs, I&#8217;ll be in ONEderville! YAY</p>
