Aand I say that because blogging helps me to stay motivated. I can however give myself props for not completely quiting. More like a vacation from losing weight, if you will.

I have done a lot more workouts in the past 3 weeks that I did all of September, so that’s cool.
I also managed to get down to 234.5, which would be my newest lowest weight of the year, however, when I weighed earlier - I had gained .5 lbs. And that’s because I’m not at 100 % of my gameplan for this, I’m at like 60 %, I’d say.

So, I’m happy, I haven’t completely quit but I’m not happy because I’m having a hard time trying to find my path with the working and living a healthy lifestyle but I will find it and I will get the rest of the weight off.

Awww, the pain….

It’s odd now that I’ve lost 50 lbs, I had 2 periods last month and this month it’s back to normal. That’s the first time in a LONG time that I’ve had 2 periods in one month and I hope that it was a good thing, like my ovaries going into action of repairing themselves and possibly slowly absoring the cysts. I doubt that but I can wish because I do want children but I’m not sure I want my children with the man I’m with, I do and I don’t.

His family is definitely less than appealing as a thought to have my children around and I could tell stories that could make a person shudder or I should say a some what normal person - but what is normal?

I guess in a way, this blog has become more of a personal blog than just my weight loss, although it deals with a LOT of my weight loss stuff, I find myself wanting to write more to this one than my other one and most likely I’ll be killing my other one.

Anyways, as for the pain, I’m on my normal scheduled period right now and I have cramps and it sucks.

So far, I like, it’s a fun read and even more interesting to see other peoples thoughts. That is one thing that I’ve always loved about blogging, rather it be my own or someone else’s - to see someone else’s opinion or expression over a certain topic.

I can’t believe that I’ve lost almost 50 lbs but I have.
I can’t believe that I’m still doing what I’m suppose to do to lose weight but I am.
I can’t believe that I still enjoy working out but I do.
I can’t believe that I’m doing this without fail but I am.
I can’t believe that I just jogged first the first time in a couple of weeks without feeling pain and torture but I did it.
I can’t believe that I’ve come this far without truly giving up but I have.

We now have the WII

Yes, that’s right folks, I have a sought after WII and quite frankly, I don’t understand the commotion of it all. While I did have loads of fun with it last night, it’s not any more fun than what’s been had with the XBOX 360 and the Playstation consoles that I have.

It did give my arms a nice work out though and I like that aspect of it, both arms are fairly sore today. The day we bought it I did the WII FIT age test thingy that’s included with the WII SPORTS game and my first one was 80, today’s is 79. Which, are both full of it but it’s fun to see what it has to say.

When I’m able to buy the WII FIT game thing, I’ll be including that into my schedule of workouts and fitting that between a job, of course providing I have a job by then. I’ve re-applied at Wal-Mart of all places, not that I want to work there but it’s at least something that I can do to give me money and allow me time to figure out what I want to do in college. I applied for cashier, I’m fairly certain this is the only position that I won’t want to quit after 11 months. hahaha

So for most of the week, I’ve ate over my ranges to mix things up and to keep my body guessing. I don’t want it to settle and get use to one routine. Starting next week, I’m going to attempt to hit the gym 4 days out of the week but I don’t know if that will happen. ON two of the days, I’m going to attempt to ride my bicycle to the Wal-Mart closest to me and then get on the bus to get to the gym because I know dang well the gas is steadily dwindling away and all he does is go to work but that’s because he uses the a/c and I think he sets out there with the thing is running while he’s on lunch. Anywho, those are my plans for next week and I hope I can accomplish them. We’ll see.

I’ll probably be using that for my progress pics from now and if I do, I’ll delete the progress pics page so that way there won’t be duplicates of each picture. So far, I think the gallery deal is pretty cool and it’s easy as pie to use.

Down 1.5 lbs

Although I had a horrible week last week and barely exercised, I lost 1.5 lbs, I hope like hell it’s not muscle because that would suck balls if it was muscle I’m losing.

I also got one of those hand held body fat analyzer deals, it said 50% but for the scale, it says 42 %, so I’m going by the average of both which is 46%. Then again, I think the scale one is full of crap, I’ve lost 30 lbs but only 3 % body fat according to the scale. Which I guess is possible ( I know it’s not 100 % accurate ) because the scale really only measures the lower part of your body.

Anyways, by December if not sooner, I hope the handheld and the scale give a 10% lower number.

This week, I’m going to concentrate more on strength training than cardio, I’ll do light cardio.

This week has sucked for losing weight.

Let’s start the week off:
Sunday - Cleaned A Yard and went out to eat.
Monday - Redid floor and had a lot of cleaning to do, ate like crap again.
Tuesday - Honey’s Stimulus check hits and guess what, I went out to eat again and no exercise.
Wednesday - Honey gets paid every other Wednesday and guess what? WENT OUT to eat!
Thursday - have half assed ate right, haven’t exercised and I feel like crap.
Friday - Have to go back and finish yard up.
Saturday & Sunday - I might need to use these two days for cleaning the yards as well.

So, we shall see what monday has to offer me as far as weigh in goes, I got on yesterday or was it today - either way, I stepped on the scale and I’ve gained half a lb, hopefully in the next three days I can make a dent in that and at least stay the same.

Plan for rest of the week is to be a good little girl.
