Fitness Goals:
At least 20 minutes on Wii Fit every day.
To the gym at least 2 days a week.
Walk home a day or two a week, depending on how cold it is.

Food Goals:
No more sodas for this month.
No more Ben & Jerry’s for this month.
Drink WATER - for me it keeps me from over eating.

if I survive the soda and ice cream, I’ll make it a longer length next month.
