I’m back to averaging a loss of 1.7 each week now unless I can keep my 3 lb loss I had this week up for at least 2 to 4 weeks but if I were to actually do that, I’d begin to worry. However, I’d take a two pound loss each week and not be concerned since that’s considered safe and that’s better than 1.7, if only by .3 .

I’m on the Wii Fit for at least two hours a day, it’s so much fun but I’m still going to try to head to the gym this coming week. Give the Wii Fit a break from for a day if I can handle that - that is.

Anyways, I sit my Wii Fit goal for 15 lbs in 3 months but I expect to lose that in 2 months time but we’ll see, I think I’m going to start doing the body tests once a week now. MY actual scale and the balance board vary too much from day to day or my digital scale is going to crap, I don’t know but I’m going to keep using the digital as my weigh in scale.
