I would have been in range for yesterday but I had to get a cranberry juice because I think I have a bladder infection, so I went over by like 100 calories and only 10 grams of carbs. A lot better compared to other days, my goal for the rest of this week is to stay around the 1400 to 1500 calorie range and I’m sure I can pull it off.

I’m still doing the push-up challenge and I’m noticing more in my strength in my arms, so that totally rocks. After re-evaluation, I don’t think I’ll actually be able to do 100 standard push-ups by the end of the year considering I’m doing girly push-ups right now but we’ll see.

Also, I’m also not expecting to get below 200 lbs until January instead of December but that’s fine by me. I know damn well I wouldn’t be no Biggest Loser case and drop 100 plus lbs in 6 months and not be saggy skinned, I just don’t see the likely hood of looking as good as Ali after that fast of a weight loss. Nope.
