I haven’t been to the gym in two weeks and since I had to pay my payment today, I made the decision to do a workout there. Well, while there I decided for shits and giggles to hop on the captain’s chair, something I haven’t been able to do since jr.high and still struggled with. Well, I actually did 3 leg lifts with no problem and decided to do 3 more sets of 2 reps. It’s not a lot but it’s damn sure a start for me, I was so excited when it happened. I still am for that matter - I’m like “Me, doing the captain’s chair? NO WAY!”. It’s such an awesome awesome feeling, I love it!
