Down 2 lbs.
exercise June 2nd, 2008I’m hoping I reach 249 by next week, that’s 3 lbs but I really want to hit that goal of 237.5 by July 14th but then again, I may have to expect to see that in August sometime. I still have my fingers crossed though that I reach it in time or even just a week out.
I finally got to hit the gym today, it was a spectacular work out and I also applied there for work. So needless to say my fingers are crossed that I get hired on there even if it is just cleaning. I would at least be able to go the gym more than I what I get to now, so that would be awesome.
I’m not great at reading the tape measure or how exactly loose it’s suppose to be or how tight and so on. So I’ve been holding onto 40 for quite a while on my waist but it looks like I might be at 39.75, I’ll hold onto that until I’m certain I’m at 38 or lower, I figure that’s the best option to go for.
Also, the body fat percentage thingy I bought, although I know it’s not accurate, I don’t even think it’s accurate by 20 points. I may just sell on ebay and just deal with not knowing what my body fat % is.
