Last week was a week of free days and it felt great to eat all that ice cream. I’m up a few lbs but that’s alright and I expect part of that to be water gain. I’m up like 4 lbs from last Sunday.
Anyway, today started the new period of weight loss and I’m back on the grind for the next 4.75 months, I would say longer but I expect to have a free week in for the week Christmas falls.
And besides, it’s keeping things real and I won’t drive myself insane.

Sparkpeople allows you to log your work in time and there’s a lady here in Odessa that I think is full of it, only because she’s only lost 2 lbs and amazingly how exercise minutes for this month jumped 120 minutes in one day and as from what I can see, she just started working out within the past 2 weeks.
I seriously doubt from what she says and what not, that she’s already busting out 2 hours of exercise time in a day. Well, unless she considers just “living” exercise and what I mean by that is : checking the mail, cleaning your house, doing laundry and that sorta thing .
Some people on spark do log those things, if you’re logging that as exercise - I can only assume you check you do these things once a week and you’re fucking lazy fuck the rest of the time.
Half the stuff I do, I don’t even log, I don’t log everytime I get on my bicycle and I don’t log every two minutes I do on the gazelle to break up the boredom in my day.
I don’t know, it just annoys me …………..

So, I had lost 1.5 lbs from the previous week, I’m getting closer and closer to one of my mid - term goals and that being a total of 50 lbs lost. Hell with that, they’re not lost, I’m not going to go back and look for them. They can stay lost and never find home again. So, tomorrow is weigh in day again and I’m expecting a gain because I didn’t do much cardio this week, I was focusing more on strength training because I’m so bad about not doing that.
My 2 end of the year goals are to be below a 35 inch waist and to be able to wear my silver Metallica football jersey without looking like a damn silver oompa loompa.

I feel that using a video blog will also help me to be more accountable for my weight loss journey and it’ll also help me to see the difference in my hair. I recently cut off 8 inches and I hate it.

So for most of the week, I’ve ate over my ranges to mix things up and to keep my body guessing. I don’t want it to settle and get use to one routine. Starting next week, I’m going to attempt to hit the gym 4 days out of the week but I don’t know if that will happen. ON two of the days, I’m going to attempt to ride my bicycle to the Wal-Mart closest to me and then get on the bus to get to the gym because I know dang well the gas is steadily dwindling away and all he does is go to work but that’s because he uses the a/c and I think he sets out there with the thing is running while he’s on lunch. Anywho, those are my plans for next week and I hope I can accomplish them. We’ll see.

I changed my weigh in day to Sundays for a while, I think it’s best to change things up and I’ve been doing Monday weigh ins for a while . So, today’s weigh in was 250.5, 50.5 lbs away from 200 and this time it seems much more doable because I’ve already done 37 lbs. I mean shoot, another 37 lbs and I’ll be at 213. And I’m hoping that number shows up sometime in October because I really want to see 200 before the end of the year but if not, that’s alright with me. As close as I can get to 200 will be fine because that will still be the smallest I’ve been in a very long time.
So onward and forward!

I’ll probably be using that for my progress pics from now and if I do, I’ll delete the progress pics page so that way there won’t be duplicates of each picture. So far, I think the gallery deal is pretty cool and it’s easy as pie to use.

I’m hoping I reach 249 by next week, that’s 3 lbs but I really want to hit that goal of 237.5 by July 14th but then again, I may have to expect to see that in August sometime. I still have my fingers crossed though that I reach it in time or even just a week out.
I finally got to hit the gym today, it was a spectacular work out and I also applied there for work. So needless to say my fingers are crossed that I get hired on there even if it is just cleaning. I would at least be able to go the gym more than I what I get to now, so that would be awesome.
I’m not great at reading the tape measure or how exactly loose it’s suppose to be or how tight and so on. So I’ve been holding onto 40 for quite a while on my waist but it looks like I might be at 39.75, I’ll hold onto that until I’m certain I’m at 38 or lower, I figure that’s the best option to go for.
Also, the body fat percentage thingy I bought, although I know it’s not accurate, I don’t even think it’s accurate by 20 points. I may just sell on ebay and just deal with not knowing what my body fat % is.
