Let’s start the week off:
Sunday - Cleaned A Yard and went out to eat.
Monday - Redid floor and had a lot of cleaning to do, ate like crap again.
Tuesday - Honey’s Stimulus check hits and guess what, I went out to eat again and no exercise.
Wednesday - Honey gets paid every other Wednesday and guess what? WENT OUT to eat!
Thursday - have half assed ate right, haven’t exercised and I feel like crap.
Friday - Have to go back and finish yard up.
Saturday & Sunday - I might need to use these two days for cleaning the yards as well.
So, we shall see what monday has to offer me as far as weigh in goes, I got on yesterday or was it today - either way, I stepped on the scale and I’ve gained half a lb, hopefully in the next three days I can make a dent in that and at least stay the same.
Plan for rest of the week is to be a good little girl.
I have 3 websites that I’m cross working on now, so things will be out of control for a while for those few people that do view this blog and thanks for viewing it.
I’ve done the first 2 videos and both have kicked my ass, Coach Nicole is definitely going to virtually whoop my ass into shape the best she can in 27 days. I was going to hit up the gym this week but I’ve decided to mix it up and do some cardio stuff at home. Of course, it must be noted that after yesterday’s workout my calves are a bit sore. Yesterday was the lower body workout video from Bootcamp and I also did the eyetoy kinetic workout as well asĀ ride 2 plus miles on my bike.
Down to .5 lbs, my waist is still at 40, I guess because my thighs are getting smaller and my neck went down .25. I’ll be glad when the shrinking fairy decide to graze through my waist and take some of it down. Otherwise, I’m going to have chicken legs and a beer belly!

I swear I’ve been stuck at a 40 inch waist for a month now but that’s how I am, I lose a lot of inches from one place really fast and then the losing moves to somewhere else and I’ve yet to find that place. The obvious for me is always the face, it’s so hard for me to see differences in progress pics even after 28 lbs is gone. bah!
Maybe I need to up the strength training or something, not the days or anything just the oomph. So hopefullyu doing Spark’s BeachBody Bootcamp challenge will help me out with seeing a difference. I’m really hoping to be under 250 lbs by June 2nd, a month away and it also lands on Monday - my weigh in day.
I’m also doing the Eyetoy kinetic 12 week program, that thing is great for cardio if you actually put an effort into it and since I hate their warm up crap, I just hop on the gazelle for the warm up while that is playing through - I also don’t do their stretches. I do most of ‘em on my own but because of my dogs, I can’t get on the floor much and have to do different stretches to get the same stretch from standing up.
