spark challenges May 6th, 2008I’ve done the first 2 videos and both have kicked my ass, Coach Nicole is definitely going to virtually whoop my ass into shape the best she can in 27 days. I was going to hit up the gym this week but I’ve decided to mix it up and do some cardio stuff at home. Of course, it must be noted that after yesterday’s workout my calves are a bit sore. Yesterday was the lower body workout video from Bootcamp and I also did the eyetoy kinetic workout as well asĀ ride 2 plus miles on my bike.
I love this Nike Video - very powerful message.
