The back pain has subsided somewhat, I did some stretches and then exercised on the gazelle to get the blood flowing. I also took a pain killer; that’s probably what’s working! hahaha
I wish I could afford a well educated personal trainer so I would know rather or not I’m doing my stuff correctly and what else I could do to strengthen my back more to help prevent injury. But alas, I know part of my problem with my back is my weight on my stomach, I need to loose lots more to side step that problem.

I’m suppose to bicycle tomorrow, we’ll see what happens because at this point, I’m not sure it’s going to happen - not because of my back but more because of the blasted heat. One bad thing about Texas, the blasted heat!
